I initially reached out to Mike's for a repair estimate on my old radiator system that's been in my house for who-knows-how-long. I knew there were issues and had been putting it off for a number of years. The thoroughness of the estimate was the first thing that impressed me with this company: they gave me 4 options for how to deal with what needed to be fixed from the-bare-minimum-to-get-me-through-this-season to a full-on replacement of everything.Ultimately, I decided to go all-in and replace the old boiler and water heater for a new single, on-demand, tankless system (with a water softener system).I'll be honest: I had sticker shock when I learned how much the job would be. But I did some researching and also checked with some professionals I know, and everything reassured me that the pricing was honest and fair.Their system sent me a text each morning that allowed me to click on a link to see when they were on their way and what time they would arrive! Super helpful for being able to plan my day! And the guys they sent out for the multi-day install were all friendly and professional. Upon arrival each morning, they told me what the plan was for that day and when they thought they'd be leaving. Again, helpful for making plans.Once everything was complete, I got a full description and demonstration of the system, and all my questions were answered.When I invariably had more questions, Heather, in the office, is super responsive and got me the answers I needed right away. She even checked in with me a couple times after the fact to make sure everything was good!I couldn't be happier with the system Mike's installed! I have an efficient hot water system that's better for the environment and actually takes up so much less space in my basement!Next time I need any sort of work done, I WILL be reaching out to Mike's again!
