Replacing flexible appliance connector at the appliance
Replacing shut-offs at the appliances or fixtures

Readily available and accessible gas and water lines
Your current piping must meet state, local, and federal code compliance standards to qualify for this protection plan. The plan will automatically renew each year unless canceled by Mike’s Custom Mechanical or the customer.
